Thank you for supporting Star Lake Stories. Each purchase helps bring stories to life for young readers. Because books are physical products, we want to ensure they arrive safely and in good condition. Please review our return policy below.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
If your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To request a return or replacement, please email:

A photo of the damaged or defective book.

A short description of the issue.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer either:

A replacement copy, or

A refund.

Non-Returnable Items
​
Because books are easily damaged during shipping and handling, we cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect address entered at checkout.

Minor cosmetic differences that are typical of printing.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at
starlakestories@gmail.com with the correct address. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the shipping information before it is sent.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
